Deposits & Rescheduling
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go toward your total service cost.

Deposits & Rescheduling
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go toward your total service cost.
• If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Each deposit allows for one reschedule.
• Deposits are non-transferable and will be forfeited if you cancel or don’t show up.
• Remaining balances are due in cash (preferred), but we do accept cards as well tax included.
• To reschedule, simply use the link in your confirmation email.
• No calls and no shows may be charged the full service amount, so please cancel only if absolutely necessary.
Hair Prep & Service Info
• Kanekalon braiding hair is included with all braid services. You’re welcome to bring your own, but it must be pre-stretched.
